I have an e-friend. Her name is Emily. She was due with a little girl at the same time as I was due with Gabriella. That was June, the baby came in February. She’s walking for March of Dimes in a couple of weeks.

I quoted this from her journal.
Because of the awesome work March of Dimes does and the impact they have had on our family we’re going to
participate in the WalkAmerica this year to help raise money to fund the March of Dime’s research. We’ll be walking
6miles on May 12th with other fellow preemies and NICU graduates. I would like to invite you to join our team
and walk with us or help us reach our goal of $500 dollars.

Been Gone a Long Time

I haven’t been around in a while, there hasn’t been much knitting since Christmas.  I finished all of my Christmas knitting except the purple and white ski sweater.  I stayed up all night Christmas Eve trying to finish it and it just didn’t happen.  And it’s still not done

Mandatory gift knitting done!  Design #1 is designed and knit up, now need to make another to test the directions.  No time to find testers   Unless someone wants to volunteer?  Working on Designs 2, 3 and 4!

Checking In

Aquick note to say I am back, but completely bogged down with Christmas knitting, charity knitting, and a submission deadline of January 1st of which I am in the very beginning throes of design, so I have just over 2 weeks to design, test, photograph, write and get submitted!  I probably won’t be around until January, but come January I have so much blogging to catch up on that It will probably be a post-a-day!

VACATION!

I’m off in an hour to start my trip to Williamsburg!  I’m so excited my mom and I have a class as soon as we get there!  See you all in a week!
